Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary depending on the piece. The timeline for your item is shown on its product page, so you will know what to expect before you buy. Whichever applies, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your order, sent to the address you gave at checkout, and we will keep you updated as your order progresses.

All timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is confirmed.

Ready to ship
Most of our pieces are ready to ship and are delivered within 3–5 business days of your order. Your confirmation email will include your estimated delivery date and tracking details.

Made-to-order
Made-to-order pieces follow a slightly longer timeline. Each has a production time of 6–12 weeks, shown on its product page, while your piece is made and finished by hand, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery. As your piece is created for you, we will keep you updated at each stage.

  • Please note that pieces from our Dragon's House Collection are handcrafted in Italy by specialist Italian artisans and manufacturers, who observe annual production closures from 7 August to 1 September (summer holidays) and from 20 December to 7 January (Christmas and New Year holidays).
  • These factory closure periods are not included in the estimated production and delivery lead times displayed on our website. Orders placed shortly before or during these periods will therefore require additional production and delivery time, and the estimated lead time will commence once our manufacturing partners resume operations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. You are responsible for any such charges upon delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges displayed at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order to obtain information about any applicable import duties or taxes.
