Ordering, Lead Times & Payment
elivery Timeline - Nursery Collection
Most of our nursery pieces are ready to ship and will be delivered within 3-5 business days of your order. Within 24 hours of purchasing, you'll receive an email confirmation to the address provided at checkout, including your estimated delivery date and tracking information.
Made-to-Order - The Dragon's House Collection
The Dragon's House Collection is made to order, so these pieces follow a slightly longer timeline. Each order has a lead time of approximately 12-14 weeks while your piece is crafted, hand-finished, and painted, followed by 3-5 business days for delivery.
As with all orders, you'll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, and we'll keep you updated as your piece progresses through production.
At present, purchases can be made in US Dollars (USD).
For Nursery Collection orders, cancellations are possible only if the shipping process has not yet been initiated. Once an order has shipped, the client will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrives with a product fault or manufacturing defect, in which case Dragons will take care of it.

For the Dragon's House Collection, each piece is made to order and created especially for you. For this reason, these items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned unless a product fault or manufacturing defect is identified.

Delivery costs vary depending on the size and the weight of your item and the destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.
Most Nursery Collection pieces are delivered within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces from the Dragon's House Collection require approximately 12-14 weeks for production, followed by 3-5 business days for delivery.
Only our chairs arrive fully assembled. All other furniture pieces are delivered safely packaged and come with clear assembly instructions for your convenience.

Returns & Aftercare
We stand behind the quality of our furniture. Pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive with a manufacturing defect, such as scratches or dents in the wood, cracks or splits, exposed or protruding fasteners, structural defects affecting how a piece functions, or damaged upholstery or finishes.

Because personalised and bespoke pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is identified. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
Yes. Every Dragons of Walton Street creation comes with a two-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects only, from the date of delivery.
Should a manufacturing defect arise within this period, our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
To preserve the beauty of your hand-painted furniture, dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
Should additional cleaning be required, gently wipe surfaces with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and dry immediately afterwards. Take care not to rub or scrub hand-painted artwork, as excessive pressure may affect the painted finish over time.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, furniture polishes containing silicone, excessive moisture, or rough cleaning materials, as these may damage painted finishes, decorative artwork, and natural wood surfaces.
Upholstered fabrics should be vacuumed gently using a soft brush attachment and cleaned in accordance with the care instructions provided for the specific fabric.
With proper care, your Dragons furniture will remain a cherished heirloom for generations to come.
