Production & Delivery Timeline
Each piece is made to order with a lead production time of 6-8 weeks. Once production is complete, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation at the address provided during checkout within 24 hours, including your estimated delivery date and tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. You are responsible for any such charges upon delivery.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges displayed at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our furniture. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive with manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

• Scratches or dents in the wood
• Cracks or splits in the material
• Exposed or protruding nails/fasteners
• Structural defects affecting functionality
• Damaged upholstery or finish

• Your order number
• Photos of the defect
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Approved returns will be fully refunded, including original shipping costs.
