Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us by the following email : sales@dragonsofwaltonstreet.com  for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase. Please be aware that returns or exchanges are not permitted for custom-designed orders, items that have already been installed, mattresses and foundations removed from their original packaging, and certain other products as detailed below. Additional exceptions may apply; for more information, please reach out to us. 

When you return an item, it will undergo an inspection. Following this, we will process exchanges, credits, or refunds for the purchase price. Refunds will include any applicable taxes in accordance with relevant laws. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or damage during transit. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for items that are no longer in 'as-new' condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Special Orders

Our special orders in custom design commence production immediately upon confirmation and are tailored to your specific requirements. Consequently, these items cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded at any stage. You will be eligible for a refund on a custom-made design product  only if there is a defect in production that you will claim by an official email to sales@dragonsofwaltonsteet.com within 7 days from the delivery date. 

Monogrammed/Personalized Items

Items that are monogrammed or personalized are specially ordered and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Mattresses

Mattresses that remain in their original vendor packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided you have proof of purchase. Please note that the delivery fee is not refundable. Once the vendor packaging is removed, mattresses are not eligible for return or exchange. These items come with a limited 5-years manufacturer warranty.

Returns of Defective Products

If  the product delivered is not as specified in the Contract or there is any damage on it , please contact us promptly at sales@dragonsofwaltonstreet.com , or within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date. When contacting us, provide details of the product and evidence of the damage, including photographs.

Should there be any damage or defect, we will issue a full refund for the returned products, covering both the initial delivery costs and the expenses incurred for returning the item to us. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
