Production & Delivery Timeline
Each piece is made to order with a lead production time of 12-14 weeks. Once production is complete, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation at the address provided during checkout within 24 hours, including your estimated delivery date and tracking information.

Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our furniture. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive with manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

• Scratches or dents in the wood
• Cracks or splits in the material
• Exposed or protruding nails/fasteners
• Structural defects affecting functionality
• Damaged upholstery or finish

Return Process

• Your order number
• Photos of the defect
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions. Approved returns will be fully refunded, including original shipping costs.
