Delivery Timeline
Most of our pieces are ready to ship and will be delivered within 3–5 business days of your order. Within 24 hours of purchasing, you'll receive an email confirmation to the address you provided at checkout, with your estimated delivery date and tracking details.
Made-to-order: the Dragon's House Collection
The Dragon's House Collection is made to order, so these pieces follow a slightly longer timeline. Each order has a lead time of 12–14 weeks while your piece is made and finished by hand, followed by 3–5 business days for delivery. As with all orders, you'll receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, and we'll keep you updated as your piece progresses.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. You are responsible for any such charges upon delivery.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
