COVID-19 UPDATE: Normal production cycles have been impacted and lead times are difficult to estimate at present, but we can advise on a case by case basis.
A delivery method (Courier or Delivery Team) will be automatically selected at the checkout depending on the type of goods you are purchasing and your delivery address. For deliveries made by courier, goods are sent extremely well packaged and you will be advised of the dispatch date.
For deliveries made by our delivery team, you will be given a time slot. In addition to this, where possible and when correct contact details are given, the delivery crew will normally call one hour in advance of their expected arrival time in order to allow you to take delivery in person. All deliveries are covered by a two man team. Failed deliveries will be charged in full.
We ask you to ensure that items purchased fit into your home, through your front door, and through all internal doors, staircases and turns to their destination point. Such criteria do not form a reason for return of goods.
Rest of the World
We can arrange shipping to any worldwide destination upon request, providing you can guarantee someone will be available to sign for your goods (particulary important to remember if you are buying goods for a holiday home). Shipping will take 5–14 days once the order has been completed. Your goods will be shipped to your doorstep only, keeping shipping costs to a minimum unless installation is specifically requested and quoted for.
If you wish to place an order to Europe or the Rest of the World, please checkout in the normal manner. Shipping on your order will initially be set to £0.00. Our order team will then make contact with you with the shipping options and prices that are available. Due to the unique nature of every shipping quote we will get back to you as soon as possible, although in some circumstances this may take a couple of days. Shipping quotes or enquiries outside normal office hours may also be delayed. Shipping prices are determined by size and weight and will be assessed on a case by case basis with our order team. Only after prices and lead times have been agreed will a further payment be taken.
